John Dyer

John met his lovely and brilliant wife Amber at the IBC coffee shop in 2004. Since then, they have served together in a variety of roles, from children’s ministry and youth group to singles and young adults, and currently you can find John serving as an usher for the 10:45 service. John enjoys making things from Mexican rice to AI-powered websites, and he currently serves as a professor and dean at Dallas Theological Seminary. The Drs. Dyer have been blessed with two bright and hilarious kids, Benjamin and Rebecca, who are in grade school.
