Finding a church home can be hard, but we want to make it easy. Take a look around to learn a little about who we are. Whether you've already visited, or you're just kicking the tires from home—we're glad you're here.
God is calling us, the people of Irving Bible Church, to become a multi-ethnic movement of missionary disciples, formed in the way of Jesus for the sake of the world.
Learn About Our VisionIn presenting our beliefs we keep in mind three principles. In essential beliefs, we have unity. In nonessential beliefs, we have liberty. In all our beliefs, we show love.
Learn About Our BeliefsDr. Barry Jones and his wife Kim have three children and live in Irving, TX. The Jones family loves outdoor activities and you can often catch them camping, hiking, or mountain biking. Barry and Kim both love to travel, and enjoy introducing their favorite destinations to their kids whenever they have the chance.
Barry completed his master’s degree at Dallas Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in theology at Wheaton College. Before becoming senior pastor at IBC, Barry served on the preaching team and pastoral staff, while also serving as a member of the faculty at DTS. His passions are to teach scripture, make disciples, and train future leaders who are deeply rooted in their faith and vitally engaged in the world around them. For more about Barry, check out his full bio.
You can find Barry hanging out by the stage after worship services—if you're new, make sure to introduce yourself!
Every Sunday, our church family gathers together at 9 and 10:45 a.m. to experience worship, pray together, take communion, and hear a message. Both (identical) services last about an hour and are also streamed live online. Wondering how to dress? Wear whatever you're comfortable in—you'll see folks in suits and folks in jeans!

About ExploreHave a kid 5th grade or younger? Meet Pastor Nandi!
"When you drop your kids off for the first time, I hope you'll see that Kids at IBC is so much more than child care. Every week, I get to watch kids run excitedly into their classrooms, worship with their friends, and engage with the story of scripture. Each and every part of our ministry—from the volunteers, to the songs, to the Bible curriculum—is designed to draw children closer to the heart of Jesus. It’s a privilege to serve the kids of IBC and we can’t wait to welcome yours.” - Nandi Roszhart, IBC Kids Pastor
Have a middle or high schooler? Meet Pastor Michael!
"It’s a complex time to parent and disciple teenagers in the way of Jesus, but you don’t have to do it alone. Youth at IBC is here to meet your kids exactly where they are and help them take the next step in their faith journey. Whether it's through weekly Formation groups, summer mission trips, or weekend retreats, we're passionate about seeing every youth known, loved, and transformed. Whatever your kids are wrestling with, we promise to be a place where they can be themselves and encounter God's unconditional love." - Michael Agnew, IBC Youth Pastor
