After leaving a long career in the corporate world, Penny is now enjoying a life where "success and money aren't at the top of the list of acquisitions." Penny's role is crucial: helping to make create special events come to life. She works to create and implement the vision for each special event. Mom to four grown kiddos and to an adorable Westie named Burberry, Penny has found her new favorite hobby: watercolors!

What is your favorite thing about IBC? "The people and the “come as you are” mentality. We don’t want you just to come as you are so that we can change you. We truly want to meet each other right now in this moment and right here where we are standing."
