Norm and his wife, Marjorie, live in Flower Mound with their three children Chloe, Harrison and Camille. Norm was born in Jamaica and as a child attended church there where his father served as a deacon. Despite his foundation, Norm found himself pulling away from the church during his teen and college years. After marrying, Marjorie wanted to become active in church, so they began attending Irving Bible Church in 1997. God lead Norm to recommit his life to Christ, and he was baptized at IBC that same year. They quickly became members and began volunteering.
Norm became an elder in 2017 and served as board chair from 2019 to 2021. Today, Norm continues to serve as a volunteer in Kids ministry, where he is taught by the current 2nd graders (yes, you read that correctly). Marjorie serves as a liaison between IBC and Mercy House, and both Chloe and Harrison also serve in Kids ministry.
Norm has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Penn State University, and currently works for Fidelity Investments as a senior vice president. Norm and his family are grateful for the blessing IBC has been in their lives and look forward to continuing to worship, serve, and enjoy life with their IBC family.
