Our Most Common Questions

Q: Where are we located?
A: 2435 Kinwest Parkway, Irving TX 75063
We are near I-635 and Belt Line Road at the corner of Kinwest Parkway and Regent Boulevard.

Q: When is IBC open?
A: We are open daily from 9 a.m.–7 p.m. We have playgrounds, sitting areas, Cuppa Espresso Bar, and free wifi. Please call (972) 560-4600 with questions.

Q: Does IBC offer financial assistance or food for those in need?
A: We want to help support our IBC family and those in our community in any way we can. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact (972) 560-4600 Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–4 p.m. and they will be able to address your situation and assist with next steps.

Q: I have a family member with special needs. Are we welcome at IBC?
A: Absolutely! We believe that all people are made in the image of God, and should be free to worship wherever they would like. We work hard to accommodate all kinds of special needs, and have a specific ministry dedicated to this area. If you think your loved one might need special accommodations, please contact Shannon Miller Pugh.

Q. Do you do online giving?
A. We sure do! Go to irvingbible.org/give to sign up If you have any questions about online giving, please contact [email protected].

Q. What does IBC believe and value?
A. It would take us more space than we have here to answer that question, so we’ve dedicated our About page to answering those questions.

Q. Who is the leadership team for IBC?
A. We would love to share that with you. Go here to see a full listing of staff and our elder board.

Q. What time are your services?
A. We have two identical services at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Plan your first visit.

Q. How do I plug in and serve our community and IBC family?
A. We are glad you asked. Please visit our Serve page to see all of our current serving needs.

Q. I noticed a lot of art on the walls and doors hanging from the ceiling in Town Square, what’s up with that?
A. One of IBC’s values is creativity. The four large pieces of art by Cuppa represent the central stories of Scripture: Creation, The Fall; Redemption; and Restoration. The doors which are all different colors, styles and ages, represent the culture of IBC. We are a diverse group of people unified by a common faith and a common mission.

Q. Do you baptize babies?
A. We do not. We do however, have a special Child Dedication service held approximately once a quarter giving parents the opportunity to have their babies dedicated to the Lord.

Q. What do you believe about baptism?
A. We believe that baptism is an outward symbol of inward change. If you are a believer in Christ and have never been baptized we would encourage you to consider it. You can find more here.

A. We are so excited you are planning on visiting with us. We have a page dedicated just to you and your questions about your first visit.

A. We sure do! You can see a listing of all the groups for adults including IBC Home Groups and Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies here. Middle School and High School both meet on Sundays. Children’s Ministry happens every Sunday during the services.
