Living Grace is a support group for those of us who live with depression, anxiety and other mental or emotional challenges. We offer support to each other through all the ups and downs that come with our challenges, using the Mental Health Grace Alliance Living Grace curriculum.

Integrating faith (Scripture) and research-proven science insights and tools, Living Grace is designed to help you:

  • Confidently manage challenging stressors, anxiety, moods
  • Decrease negative thoughts
  • Live a whole-health life to enrich brain and body
  • Discover a Christ-like, grace-filled approach to being mentally and emotionally resilient
  • Discover how to live a meaningful life (surviving to thriving)
