On Tuesday, March 2, Governor Abbott issued an executive order—effective March 10—that lifts the mask mandate in Texas as well as operating capacity limits for businesses and other establishments. As a result, Irving Bible Church has joined organizations all over the state in reassessing their COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Please take a few moments to watch the video below as Barry Jones shares our convictions and our approach to protecting the health and safety of our worshipers and our neighbors.

Through the end of March we will maintain our established health and safety protocols for in-person worship and other ministry gatherings, including wearing face masks while indoors and practicing social distancing.

As this situation progresses we will continue to evaluate our approach and update you throughout the process.

Factors and protocols may change, but our identity and calling remain the same: to become a multi-ethnic movement of missionary disciples, formed in the way of Jesus for the sake of the world.
